7-Day Return Window You are eligible to return or exchange an item within 7 calendar days after the delivery date. The return period expires 7 days after the tracking status shows “Delivered.”
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. All original tags and packaging must be completely intact. A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds Since we use PhonePe and Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed directly to your UPI ID or bank account. For COD orders, our support team will contact you to collect your UPI details for the refund transfer once the returned item is inspected.
